My 10 Steps to self-care!

1)  Treat yourself with kindness and compassion at all times!

2) Avoid other people’s negative dramas and gossip!

3) Don’t do anything that doesn’t feel right to you!

4) Don’t spend your time people-pleasing!

5) Learn to say No whenever you want!

6) Encourage yourself to say Yes as well!

7) Don’t be afraid to speak up for yourself and express your needs!

8) It’s never too late to follow your dreams!

9) Let go of whatever and whoever brings you down!

10) Take the time to celebrate your life with people you love!

 

I hope that these ideas will inspire you to create a list of your own. Sometimes we all need reminding that we need to care for ourselves as well! x
